However, pursuant to §§ 8 to 10 DDG (in conjunction with Articles 4 to 6 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 — Digital Services Act), we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity.
Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected by this.
