Your keys stay yours

We will never ask for your 12 recovery words, your password or an API key — not by e-mail, not in chat, not on the phone. Anyone who does is not us. Your manuscripts are end-to-end encrypted; we cannot read them, and we cannot restore a lost recovery phrase.
